This review is from: Safety 1st Swivel Bath Seat Pastel (Baby Product) I was very disappointed in this seat, it does not suction at all to the bottom of the tub, which really defeats the purpose of the seat. I did not realize when I ordered it that it was shipping from England--when I decided to return the item, the seller gave me the address but I am paying for shipping even though the item is defective--over $20 to send it back! And that is the slowest possible USPS return service. I won't be ordering anything else from Hello Baby.
